1)	Install Matroska Pack Full, with _only_ the following options:
	Matroska Splitter
	FFDShow
	VSFilter

2)	Open the .mkv file with Media Player Classic.

3)	If the movie has subtitles, a green arrow will appear in the
	system tray. Right-click it for options.
